Biography
I’m a born and raised Vancouverite with the majority of my childhood spent in Burnaby and my adulthood living downtown. I have also resided in many parts of the lower mainland so have an expansive knowledge of the city and its surrounding neighbourhoods. A UBC graduate in Political Science, I not only have strong roots in the community but have also been actively engaged in civic affairs all of my life. Working for years in the political realm, the most pressing issue I encountered has been housing affordability. That is what got me interested in the local market and what has led me to become passionate about navigating through the challenges it brings. My work has always been service-oriented and I dedicate my focus to first time homebuyers, those looking to upsize or downsize and those wanting to expand into investment properties.
One of my favourite aspects of being a real estate agent is the privilege of working intimately with people on what is arguably the largest purchase of their lives. Helping people find the perfect home in the Vancouver real estate market is something I’m deeply passionate about. Trust, honesty and open communication are the foundations of my client relationships and I always strive to go that extra mile to ensure your needs are met with the clearest attention to details. My straightforward and sincere approach to negotiations and sales is one of my core values as I strive to instill confidence with my clients and everyone with whom I engage.
Please give me a call me if you have any questions about the market or if I can help in any way.
